No! Our software is PC-based (software and data reside ONLY on your computer) so that:

Yes! With the purchase of the Scan Data Module and a setup fee, once you are enrolled in the program(s) your data will be submitted directly from your store computer to Altria and RJR. ONLY relevant data is transmitted and the direct transmission from your computer means your store sales data remains secure and private.

The current pricebook from your existing Verifone or Gilbarco register system can be converted for use with our system. (A connection to your existing register system would be required and the assistance of a register technician may be needed.)
The length of time of the installation processes depends on the time and resources you can devote to the process — generally speaking it can be accomplished in as little as 10 days, most customers take 2–3 weeks, for some the process can take as long as a month. We will work with you to implement a schedule that meets your needs.
Over the many years we have been working with C-Store customers, we have found that the optimal means of training is to offer 1 hour, phone-based, one-on-one sessions that are customized to meet your needs. We do separate sessions for each module and the trainee(s) will be on the phone with one of our trainers, who will be connected into the store's back-office PC — in this way, you and/or your staff will be trained using your data and able to ask questions as they come up.

Regular support hours run Monday through Friday 9:00 am through 5:00 pm.

Out-of-hours emergency support is also available.

Our Scan Verify process enables easy creation of a custom pricebook for your store. We combine our common-item database with a customer-specific data file from your main grocery supplier. This combined file is then loaded onto a handheld device, which you and your staff can use to "Scan Verify" the store — simply scan one of each item that you sell, confirm the retail price, and quickly and easily add any items that are not on file. When you’re finished, we pull out just what you scanned and use that to create your custom pricebook — when we install our software, we send that pricebook up to your register system, and you’re scanning!
